Something caught Sicilia's eyes near the coffin. "Ah, Belle," she muttered. She bit her lip unsure if she wanted to get up and ruin the ceremony just to see what Belle was doing in wolf form.

Belle looked up in her sad face and watched something from the corner of her eye. She saw Silcilla. She got up and walked over to her. Sat beside her and layed her head across her leg. A howl came to her throat, Belle nuzzled Silcilla's arm. This was the first time Belle had been to a funearl. She watched from afar with Sicilla.

Sicilia gently scratched behind Belle's ear. "It's okay, girl," she muttered, "Why are you in your wolf form anyway?"

Belle liked to be scratched behind her ear. She let her tongue come out and she enjoyed the scratching. She howled, but quietly. Then the question came from Silcilla. " Its because i was tracking Pol, she has gone missing... I followed her scent from the ball, but its really faint at the moment" She looked to Silcilla... " Freaky as this may sound, but i saw the guy from the coffin... He knew i was an a angel... But he said to me... Dont worry he has gone to a special place, and he loves you very much!" Belle stod up and put her two front paws onto Silcilla's leg and licked her cheek, to wipe the tears away, she also nuzzled her face.

Sicilia smiled and hugged Belle. She then narrowed her eyes and leaned over to Jamie. "Jamie, Polgara's missing," she whispered into his ear.

"She is?" Jamie said, who had only been half paying attention to Belle's presence. He looked at Sicilia, then at Belle. "Where is the last place you saw her?"

"Belle said she's been looking for her since the ball," Sicilia answered.

Belle nodded to the answer and looked to Jamie then back to Sicilla. " I really dont know where she is, i followed her scent from the ball to about here... but then i lost it" She whinned alittle and wondered if any of them had seen her. " Have any of you too seen her? If you havent, its ok... Ill go and wait for her at home!" She sat back down and waited for Jamie or Silcilla to say something, she wolfy smiled them both and looked towards the coffin.

Wolf had decided last minute to attend the funeral of the sheriff for good measure. He entered, dressed in a fine suit, and took a seat next to his daughter. The other man by Francesca looked vaguely familiar but he couldn't remember where he had seen him before.
"You look absolutely dismal," Wolf said to Fran. He had never seen his daughter so distraught over a death. "What was he to you?"

"You sound so surprised, father. Or should I just call you mayor? A friend," Francesca said, eyes downcast. "Quite possibly the only one, but definitely a friend. More than you have ever been to me. "

"I'm sorry to say that I haven't," Jamie said, frowning. "Are you sure you don't need any help in finding her?"

"I haven't seen her either. Not since the Ball," Sicilia said appologetically, "I'm sure I speak for both of us when I say, we would be more than happy to help you."

Clay learned the news of sheriff Roland's death and came immediately to the funeral.

He saw the coffin and was shook up, for it was sheriff Roland who had saved his life when Nigel shot him in the stomach.

""This is a vile tragedy of the highest degree!" clay grumbled.

"I would like to say something about the departed. Roland wasn't a bady guy, although he did dabble in sorcery and other things he shouldn't have... where his soul might be going I don't know; but all in all he was a fair human being and I would like to see the one responsible for his death hung till dead."

Belle looked to Jamie and Sicilla. " No its ok thank you, thank you for the offer ^_^" She got up as before on her back hind legs and licked Silcilla and the walked over to Jamie and did the same. She looked to them both and smiled " Im going to go home now, so ill see you guys around, sorry Sicilla for your loss!" She ran towards the end of the crowd, took a last look at the crowd and started to run back at the Fallen's House. Belle started to walk, with her head down, the air had gotton colder, she just shuddered it off and walked around to the house up the garden path.

Marius stood up. Mustering the courage to speak infront of the people who gazed upon Rolands coffin. He slowly walked to the front of the church. He turned looking down at everyones face. He was next to Clay. Marius had heard the speech. He knew he had to clear himself with these next words.

"Roland Wile what can I say about Mr. Wile he was a strong leader even to the loss of his humanity" Marius said loudly. "when I came upon Roland at lily hill the strong leader had died I came upon him multilating a body"

Marius stumbled a bit on his next words. "I defended myself and lost my hand but we're not here to talk about that we're here to think of a great man he was a good sheriff although I often diddnt like how he ran things I knew that had I been in his place I would be the one in the coffin I know now that he is stronger then I could ever be he took the badge and he tried his hardest to track down the criminal's involved at the train station....I am honoring Mr. Wile today and I will remember him for when I saw him alive then when I saw him lost to the beast in himself" Marius said finishing his speech. He looked at the faces their. Faces that were filled with grief. Marius almost felt responsible for it. Almost but he quickly shook it off. Remembering simply this Roland Wile was weak.
