Adrian sighed. She had seen this moment coming, though she really didn't like it. "He's the guy who pulled rotten meat out of a hat and caught himself on fire. Conwell James, we're engaged. He's an animal telepath, and a hell of a nice guy. You'd like him. Now, about this lady you like, you have to go for it. If you don't, consider yourself romantically finished."

"Oh yeah," said Scott, chuckling as he remembered. "Conwell James, right? Why would I like him?"

"Yeah. Conwell James. That's what I just said." Adrian corrected, and looked over at Scott. "I dunno, he's just one of those guys that you can't help but like, even if you hate his guts."

"And why would I be romantically finished?" asked Scott, his lips curling up in a smirk.

"'Cause if you miss the one, you'll miss all the others." Adrian said with a wink, and smirked back at him.

"The one? And what are you trying to mean by that?" asked Scott, confused.

"I saw the spark in yer eyes when you were looking at the woman. I've seen it before. If ya never talk to this lady, then I'll have to put up with your whiney moping and cursing yourself for not even trying once ya realize what it is. Go for it, 'bro."

"But..But..I can't," he said. "How would I get to her anyway? She's backstage and I'm here. It's impossible and you know it Andy."

"You forget. My fiancÚ is a preformer. I have the right to visit him, and thus, I can go backstage. If I wish, I could bring my twin brother, who just happens to meet a nice young woman back there."

Evan turned completely red from the tip of the roots of his blond hair to his neckline, making him resemble an overcooked radish. "I'm not..so sure..that's a good idea Andy," he stuttered.

"Why not?" Adrian asked, and cocked her head to the side at him. He was terribly nervous, and she could tell that just by looking at him. He was beet-red. "Scott, suck in your gut. If you actually care about this woman, you'll do it."

"Well I just met her..and I don't know anything about her. So we can just leave and forget about her entirely." He put on a big smile to show that he didn't care.

"Alright then. But if you want to see her face-to-face, don't come cryin' to me, and don't complain to me about it." she said with a smirk, and eyed him over. "Just keep in mind that you'll probably never see her again."

For some reason, Scott felt a pang in his chest. He rubbed it and saw Andy watching him so he dropped his hand. "Yeah, I don't care." You really don't care? he questioned himself. She's way out of my league..and she most likely already has a boyfriend. I should just forget about seeing her tonight.

Adrian noticed him rubbing his chest, and sighed. He was obviously in denial. Well, there were two ways to go. One, she could convince Scott to give it a shot. Two, she could just let Scott leave, and talk to the Sabra woman about it later. She wouldn't leave him to deal with on his own, nor would she try and push him into this. Two it was, then. "Well, if you're really sure that you don't care, I guess we can leave."
