Dwight figured that it was best for him to hide. After all... he did soot a privet investigator. If she didn't find him someone would. Of course the ploy was just to get Alexandrea to come to him. He knew that Alex was a smart woman, and he also knew that she would probably bring a couple of friends with her. Still, he was prepared for just about anything. All he had to do was wait.

Alexandrea was a little nervous about confronting Dwight. But it was sadly something that she had to do. Having Wesley and Jericho with her made all the difference though. She could only imagine what she might give in to if they weren't with her. Alex was never one to be too glad about confrontations anyways. She never enjoyed them or how they turned out. "Dwight?" she called into the mines, "Dwight, are you here?" she called from the outside. Alex almost didn't want to go inside quite yet.

The ancient one stood beside the girl, his staff held at the ready. "So, this is where this 'Dwight' hides." he said, more to himself, but still. This man would pay for harming his children.

Wesley followed with his hands in his pockets. He had been dead silent on the walk over and now this silence continued. He had been waiting for someone else to speak the thing he had been thinking, but no one ever did and he knew he must say it himself.

"So, should we go in, or call him again, or...?"

Alexandrea shrugged. She was really unsure of what to do. It didn't seem that Dwight was responding. She sighed heavily, "I suppose we should just go on it and look for him. Apparently he thinks it's funny to be difficult." she said annoyedly. Alex was really thinking, 'Boy I'd love to ring his neck...'

DWight smirked at the voices he heard from the outside. He was glad that they decided to show up, he was actually starting to think that they might chicken out for a minute. Even if they were right there where he wanted them, he wanted them to come to him fist. That way he'd know that they were serious about this visit they were making. he should have left it to Alex to figure out his number one hiding spot.

"I'll go first," he volunteered. Wesley walked in the mine and looked around. He saw... nothing. It was dark in mines. He walked out.

"Wow. It's very dark in there... and very closed in. Is there only one way out of these things?" he asked, staring inside.

Stop being stupid. This is no time for this, he thought.

Alexandrea drew in a deep breath as Wesley went infirst and exhaled as he came back out. She knew that the chances that he had reasoned with Dwight that quiclkly was unlikely anyways. She frowned slightly, "Well... I guess we have to go in together and just hold onto eachother so we don't get lost..." she said quietly.

"Uh... yeah, alright," Wesley responded nervously and he put out his hand.
"Alex, hold on to my hand and Jericho's. That way you can be in the middle, which is probably the safest. Then we can all go in together."

Alex nodded and grabbed Wesley's hand. It was warm to the touch, which she was glad for, because she was so afraid that she was beginning to get cold. Alex then held out her other hand to Jericho. Between the two of them she knew that she would be safer than if she had come alone. "Yeah..." she said. "You ready?" she asked both Wesley and Jericho.

Dwight was beginning to get tired of waiting on them to come to him. He sighed and walked out towards the front, "Hold up, hold up... no need to come in any further." he stayed far enough back to where he couldn't be seen. "I have a gun, and I suggest that you do not take another step forward." Of course Dwight really didn't have a gun, but he did have a rock in his hand that would sound much like gun fire when throw with force against another rock.

The druid smiled as he held the girl's hand. Not so much because of Alex's soft skin, but of the fact that Dwight Lowry was holding a rock. Had he really been holding a gun, Jericho might have been worried, but the fact that the rock in the man's hand was telling him that this Dwight was holding it instead of a gun was rather funny. "If you truely have a gun, the shoot me." the druid taunted, knowing that even if the man did throw the rock, it would do little. Worry not, child the druid said into Alexandria's mind, his grip tightening softly, Death will come to me before I let it come to you.

"What on Earth do you take me for? I'm not wasting a shot on you... God... if I had only actually intended to shoot someone." Dwight said in an irritated tone as he tossed the rock behind his back. With a deep breath drawn he stepped into the dim lighting. He smiled as his eyes fell on Alex, "Good of you to come visit, dear." he said smoothly. He then looked to Wesley and his smile went sour, "I see you brought the trash with you. You really shouldn't be polluting the air." he commented to Alex.

Wesley sighed and looked away. "How long did it take you to come up with that line, Mr. Lowry?" he said, irritated.
"Look. We're not here to put on a show. We're just here to talk to you, okay?"
