Belle laughed and looked to everyone. In the next eye she was a wolf digging for a bone. Her strong paws scooped up the dirt. Belle started to sweat, and pant like the wolf she was. She had dirt smudged all over her face/body and feet.

Belle had to stop for a little while, next blink she was human again. She wiped her hands across her face, leaving muddy hand prints across her face. She looked to the others and smiled, giggled. " It looks like, there's no gold... as of yet!"

Travis started laughing and pointinf at Belle,

"Ha ha ha, look there everybody, Belle's a wolf again. It is so funny when she does that," Travis said as if turning into a wolf was completely normal.

(Mr. Jones, post already .)

Travis looked at Jamie, "Is there gonna be any gold or not? Cause I'm getting tired of digging"

(OOC: dont have a hernia I was waiting for Belle to post)

Mr. Jones had dug a hole that was around 20 inches down. His hands were bleeding after the ordeal. However Mr. Jones felt no pain as he slid the dirt away revealin a metal plate. Mr. Jones laughed in happiness. It was true he found what he was truly looking for. He pulled dynamite from his pocket. He placed it on the metal surface then reaching around in his pocket he lit a match against a rock. Smirking he reached his hand down to light the dynamite.

Belle watched as Mr Jones's hands were bleeding and then taking out that looked like a dymanmite. She looked to everyone in shock. Travis had bent down to watch it go off. She relised this boy had a death wish. Belle watched the dynamite get smaller and smaller, she had to jump in and grap Travis by the scruff of his top. " Travis! Watch out!!" Belle jumped grapped him by the scruff and chucked him out of the way, and she did the same. Moving away from the debris. "BANG!" The dynamite had made the hole even bigger. She shook and coughed as the dust had started to clear. " What is there?" She asked.

Travis had no idea that the thing Mr Jones had was so dangerous. He watched the debirs fall to the ground after being flung to safety from Belle.

"HOLY SMOKES!" Travis said from his position, "Gosh dang it that woulda blown me into little pieces. Thanks for helpin out of the way Belle. My ma and Pa would have been mad if that would have ruined my clothes."

Travis looked into the gorge the dyanmaite made, "Who gets to crawl in there?" Travis said pointing inot the newly made tunnel.

Belle looked to him and shock her head. She smiled and the gave his head a pat. " Youve still got alot to learn mate ^^" She walked away and looked to him, she turned on her heels and looked to the newly made hole. She circled it alittle and inspected the damage adn thought to herself. " Would i be able tp fit through the hole?" She did do alot of thinking while she was out and about. But this hole seemed a new journey.

She looked to the others. " What do we prepose to do? This hole seems littler for Travis or something, animal to go through!" She giggled and carried on walking around the hole.

Mr. Jones awoke the blast flung him back against the cave wall. Wounds were all over his body and his hands had the skin completely ripped off. He looked at his hands in disgust. Mr. Jones smiled still ignoring the pain. As he stood up and walked towards the hole. Master had told him about this. The explosion would do this exact thing. Mr. Jones stood over the hole. He stomped on the ground in front of the hole. A clump of dirt fell down and hit the dark surface in the bottom of the whole. "this isnt a random hole it was made by something" Mr. Jones said a twisted smile formed on his face.

He gazed at the swaying trees from the wind. Almost rhythmically they began to move. He looked at the wound of his arm. He needed to get cloth or he could die. Instead of moving. He felt the ground moving underneath him. He looked down to see that he was in a carriage. He looked around to see where he was. He was wearing roman armor. Arrows pierced into his flesh. So he was in the flaming carriage. Marius could only assume that this was how he died before and the carriage was taking him to the gods.

He looked over behind him. Only to see an ancient town. Marble buildings and a giant colleseum inside. Marius gazed over to the driver. The person controlling the carriage was in roman armor too. A legionaire not from the senate but from another family.

"you okay? seems like the senate sent you a bit too far....the barbarians were more prepared then you guys expected I suppose nasty wound...funny thing the senate hired that group for mercenary work a month ago" The driver said smiling at Marius. Marius felt the ground slow down as the gates to the city opened. People turned their heads towards the carriage. Almost as if they had seen a ghost. "the people were told you died...lucky for you...a different legion my legion came in to kill the bastards" The driver explained. Marius all of a sudden felt the ground stop moving.

Instead he looked back at his arm and gasped in pain. He was back into the real world. A strange feeling came over him. He looked behind him almost hoping the city was still there. So that he could leave the shame of his disability behind him.

(OOC: if you read this and are totally counfused Marius is having a flashback LOL)

Meanwhile, Clay arrived at the mines with his cart load of gunpowder, cannon, and the hand cranked gatling gun. Clay took out a two foot high keg of gunpowder and started carrying it into the mines.

Clay walked some ways into the mines barely able to navigate being illuminated by only a small candle in a jar. All of a sudden he heard voices to his surprise.

Clay walked toward the noise and then came into sight of Belle, Mr. Jones, Jamie, and Travis.

"My Gawd, what the hell are ya doin in these mines," Clay dropped the keg, ran over to Travis and smacked him on his rear with a very hard swap.

Clay looked at the rest of the group. "I don't know what ya'll are doin in here with my son, but ya better bet I am going to expect an explanation. But now ya need to get OUT!"

"Nutcase," said Jamie, shaking his head with dissaproval. He nodded to Clay.
"This man seems to think there is gold in this mine. For some reason he planned a mining expedition but he wants to do all the work anyway. Sheriff, this man has no idea what he's talking about. I suggest you take your son home immediately and then get some deputies to further investigate this matter."

Belle watched everyone around the cave and she looked over her shoulder and saw that Mr Hallow had come in with loads of gear. She gulped and put her hands behind her back and smiled to him. " Sorry Mr Hallow, shall we discuss this somewhere calmer"

She felt bad not taking Travis back to his parents, now it's made Clay mad, she was even more worried about Jean being mad at her not bringing her son back.

She tried to hold back a giggle also from Jaime, he had called Mr Hallow something, but she kinda had to agree.... Mr Jones was only helping them get some what gold was meant to be in this very mine. She kneeled down and looked at the hole, there was something sparkling in the ground. " Emmm guys... There's something here?" She smiled and waited for everyone to look at the sparkles.

"no one is leaving" Mr. Jones said his voice filling with anger.
"if anyone leaves I'll blow all of your brains out mark my words" Mr. Jones said as he stood over the hole. "Travis go down the tunnel first now or I'll make this whole mine blow apart.." Mr. Jones smiled madly as he spoke of this newly formed lie.
