Travis continued to hold tight to Belle now enjoying his ride.

"This is fun, I never rode a wolf before only a horse. And then I had a saddle.":

Travis was happy to see the warm sun instead of the dark innards of the cave.

"Yippppeee," he said as the breeze passed through his hair.

Travis noticed a man near the caves but some ways away. It was Marius, although Travis didn't know that.

"Mister," He shouted from Belle's back, "Don't go in them caves. the sheriff and a monster are in there and a mean guy who don't got no gold."

Travis leaned over to Belle's ear, "Belle can you take me to my friends Fermata's house. she lives with her brother Larghetto. You can live there with me till I grow up!"

Belle smiling to herself listerned to Travis saying about there was a monster near the caves and that a new guy somewhat went by the name of Maruis. She looked behind her shoulder and saw the caves in the distance, getting smaller and smaller. She also heard Mr Hallow shout out. " Dont you dare eat my son!" Or something along those lines.

Belle looked to the ground whilst running she knew what she was doing, advoiding anything in her path. She also then heard Travis say take him to his friend's house, Fermata and her brother Largetho. She looked to Travis. " Largetho, i regonise that name! Ok, we can go there..., Just guide me ^_^" She felt happy about this idea and just carried on running until the feel of gravel was on her paws.

Marius walked towards the cave adjusting the patch covering his eye. He stood a few feet from the entrance to take a breather. Before rushing in to approach the monster that was in there. He assumed the monster was Albert and that Clay had already been beaten to a pulp. Marius stepped inside the cave quickly. Looking around in the darkness for some hope of seeing Clay. "Clay are you in here?" Marius said hearing the echo travel through the cave.

Clay recognized Marius's voice, finally one of the lethal deputies had arrived. Could Albert take Marius and Clay, maybe, but they wouldn't make it easy for him. Especially since they had some hard hitting weaponry.

"Marius, I am over here," Clay grumbled into the dark and waved his torch around.

"There's a giant worm and a crazy guy in this tunnel but I don't hear them at the moment."

"I supposse the worm can go back the way it came. Don't know much about the crazy guy except he probably got my son killed. Maye we can bury him in these mines with Albert."

"I'll tug one your ears to steer you to their house," Travis said pulling Belle's ear to the right.

Mr. Jones suddenly felt something strange. Something he hasnt felt for the last few days. A cold feeling swept over him. The constant feelings that had clouded him before enlightenment. He crawled forward still. "master are you down here" Mr. Jones said louder and more nervous the further he crawled down. Until he looked up and infront of him was a tall shadow. That almost seemed to pop out from out of nowhere.

"unreliable" Greg Wright said calmly. "where are more servents that you promised me where are miners that were to find what I sought after" Greg Wright said as he shook his head and looked down at Mr. Jones. "you have more use to me now then you do dead I guess so I'll spare you...servent" Greg Wright said turning his back on Mr. Jones.

Clay heard voices down in the tunnel. He no longer heard the giant worm,

The sheriff figured the worm had left to wherever it came from.

Clay poked his head into the tunnel.

"Come out with yar hands where I cam see them and yar life will be spared."

Greg Wright heard the voice of Clay Hallow echoing down the cave. "you know what you must do next Mr. Jones....." Mr. Wright smiled a grin that you only see in the face of mad men. He stepped backwards into the darkness. With an almost disregard for anything behind him. Without a care for his safety.

"forget about them...set up the gunpowder now so we can get the trap done and we can get rid of two of our problems." Marius said calmly as he began to turn away from Clay.

"That sounds like a good plan, I can't be dealin with this now," Clay shouted in the tunnel, "If ya want ta live ta see daylight again GET OUT!"

Clay took a keg of powder and popped the top and made a trail of it to the entrance of the cave. He put another full keg at the back of the cave near the trail.

Marius was surprised Clay agreed with his plan. He smirked as he began to walk towards the cave entrance. He laughed a little hearing Clay spreading out the trail of gun powder. Marius stretched his arms into the air. He smiled that victory was at hand and that he would win this war.

Greg smirked at how tame Mr. Jones was. Greg slammed his body against the cave wall. Creating cuts in his skin. He continued to bang himself against the cave wall. Until it looked as if 5 men had beaten him to near death. Greg smiled and allowed himself to fall backwards onto the ground.

Marius drew his pistol quickly as he heard Mr. Jones running up the tunnel. Luckily he had started carrying a pistol with him at all times. He pointed the gun at Mr. Jones as he begun girlishly waving his fists at Clay. "back off you piece of excrement and I'll take you or I'll take you away to a real nice place" Marius said pointing at the ceiling of the cave. Referring to how he would blow his brains out quickly without fear.
