*he walked over to house and knocked on the door banging hard*

*he knew the sherrif would be after him soon it was only a matter of time before he found out his threats were a simple bluff so he decided to knock on the door of Larghetto and ask for shelter for the moment*

Larghetto was on his way back from the tavern when he saw someone frantically banging on his door.
"Hey Nigel!" he greeted with a smile when he reached the house.

"Yeah, that's fine with me," Larghetto said. If he was anyone else, he would probably be worried about letting someone who was almost a stranger stay in his house. Fortunately, he wasn't anyone else. He opened the door and entered the house.

"You killed a murderer?" Larghetto asked. "Wait... was he trying to kill you or something? I think that counts as self defense... well, I don't work for the sheriff anymore in any case."

"Revenge is sort of different than self defense," Larghetto said. "Well... atleast he won't kill anyone else, right? You've always got that argument."

((OOC: Sorry, I went to listen to a song on the radio.))

"Nah... I wasn't really there, so I don't know the whole story anyway," Larghetto said with a shrug, then smiled. "Yeah, I don't know what's up with that abandoned barn. I went in there a few days ago to look for bats, but no luck."

(OOC: I am posting on behalf of Callie. grin She is having computer problems right now and sent me her post.)

"Oui, messieur!" Larghetto said happily. "Bats are very interesting creatures, but I haven't been able to find any around Clauden. So far I've only seen various types of birds and insects, horses, bears, wolves, and many coyotes. Unless you count, of course, the cows, sheep, and goat. And a few other things as well. Oh, and not to mention the giant worms, too!"

"She's not alone, she's with Messieur Hellister Scowley," Larghetto said. "Though now that I think about it, I'd much rather she be wandering alone."
