"Yeah. I need a defensive attorney...that's exactly what I need," Francesca said, then turned and glared at Clay.
"What's your deal anyway? You get a dog to drag me over here and then stand there all dumb, in more than one sense of the term! That's no way to treat a lady. I don't know if I like you very much, mister."

"Did somebody say crime?"

Dan stumbles up with a grin on his face.

"Because I'm sure not a criminal, nope, not the least. But you know who is? Whoever killed that guy down there at the tavern. Yep, that guy is. Slacking a little much aren't you officer" Dan says with somewhat slurred words.

Wade ignores everybody else as he listens to Dan.

"Yes yes yes, I'll take the job. And off I go!"

Wade reels back before darting off, notebook in hand, in the direction of the tavern.

"I didn't say anything about commitin' crimes! Isn't that right, doctor... Doctor?" Francesca saw Wade run off to the tavern and stomped her feet angrily. "A big help he is... what are you looking at, drunkard?"

"What," Clay said, "Somebody got murdered in the Tavern. Come on young woman, you may as well come with me. No need to be standin round my house. I have a lot to do today. I also have to find the man in black."

"Sherrif if you do not stop continueing the investigation on me I will be forced to take action on a little friend of yours....I suggest you forget the dread ful business in the graveyard or you may have a death on your concious"

*Nigel walked away towards his house he felt alittle guilty about what he might have to do to save his neck but he realized that to destroy the evil in this town he must do whatever it takes*

*he quickly sprinted away in fear of being spotted*

Jean, Clay hallow's wife, picked up the note on the door and read it. She burst into tears. It was the first time anyone had ever threatened to kill her son, Travis, for something her husband did.

She immediatley went looking for Travis. Jean found him and fled their home to the jail to tell Clay what she had just found.

((that's low Nigel sad))

Clay walks up to his door with Fermata and Kano. Jean, Clay's wife, opens the door and Goop the family bull dog runs out and jumps on Kano licking his face with a big slobbery tongue.

"Hi Hon," Jean says to Clay, "I see we are having some company for dinner tonight. Do you kids like Mash potatas and ham? Cause I've got a big ole' helping of it all made up."

Jean invites the children in and motions for them to sit down at the table.

Travis, Clay's 15 year old son, comes down from upstairs.

"Say" Travis says to Fermata, "It's ya, Do ya wanna be my girlfriend yet?"

"I do not mean to be rude, Madame Hallow, but I hope you do not mind if I pass on the ham. I am a vegetarian, you see," Fermata said sweetly, then glanced at Travis.
"Non. You just think I am a witch, remember messieur?"
