Marius moved upwards in a vain attempt to escape. As he felt the hammer slam into his shin. He gazed helplessly at the man who was holding him at his mercy. However Marius could only think of one thing. Marius had seen death before and he knew deep down. He wouldnt see it from this interrogator. A confident smile formed on Marius's face.

"You want information your gonna have to be more hospitable" Marius said laughing at Wade.

Wade inhaled sharply before bringing the hammer down. The blunted flat edge of the chisel made it's mark and lodged itself between the tibia and fibula, quickly ripping whatever tissue use to be connecting the two.

"Why are you injured? Why do you have burn marks?"

Wade set the tools back down on his side table of tools and picked up a pair of blacksmith tongs, standing next to Marius' head.

Marius screamed in pain and moved violently on the table. In some vain attempt that he could break free. Marius looked up at Wade grabbing more tools. He felt his stomach drop as he saw the blacksmith tounge. Marius gritted his teeth at the pain that surged in his knee.

"Some monster is in that mine...dont know whether it's him or not...diddnt get a good look he was just on fire" Marius said he stuttered nervously as he confessed all he knew. He sighed as he finished speaking as he just stared at Wade for some kind of mercy. He was at Wade's mercy now.

Wade rested the tongs on his shoulder as he thought to himself. Things were beginning to fit together, however there were still some things left unanswered. However, he doubted Marius would be of use for future information.

"Thank you. We're almost through this. I will soon be able to treat your wounds with the best medical skill in town. We only have one more question before this can all just be a bad memory."

Wade let his tongs hang at his side and bent down close to Marius' ear, "What pocket do you keep your gun in? A revolver if I remember accurately."

"Right pocket" Marius said realizing he had no choice. Afterall Marius was already at this man's mercy if he diddnt tell him the truth things would only get worse.

Wade dropped his tool back onto the table, and then pushed it away so it wouldn't get in his way. He then reached into Marius' pocket for his revolver. After removing it he examined it for a moment with a mix look of curiosity and disgust.

Without warning he began dismantling it. Taking it down to as bare of components as he could muster without the proper tools, dropping the pieces carelessly on the floor.

He began to rapidly unfasten all of Marius' restraints, then straightened up and turned to face him.

"First off, let's see what we can do about that hand of yours."

Marius felt his stomach drop as he saw his gun dismantled in front of his eyes. He realized then and there that this wasnt over. Marius watched Wade loosen the restraints and make a comment about dealing with his arm. That's when Marius just watched Wade deciding was better to be let free and then struggle. Then struggle while he was still trapped in the palm of Wade's hands.

Wade smiled and began to search through a number of drawers, occasionally taking out the odd item and setting it on a small roll table.

"The way I see it, I am going to need all of you working at full capacity if you're going to help me stop Albert. And fixing that missing hand of yours is every bit necessary to have you get everybody together to help me."

Wade walks back towards Marius, now with a scalpel in his hand.

"Hold it out front stumpy."

Marius just sighed and tried to relax. He had a feeling he wouldnt have to worry about dieing anymore. Maybe for once he found an ally in his fight. Marius moved his stub out to where Wade could examine it.

Wade began to assemble the various components together and formed what looked like an extremely crude chain link glove, however had the solid shape of a human hand. He looked into the hollowed end and examined a number of the needle like objects and other that looked more like a cork screw.

"Now, I know you might have thought that I was torturing you before, but this, this is where the real hurt comes."

He held the stump with his off hand and reached back with the hand holding the glove, then quickly jammed the empty socket to meet with Marius' stump.

The various pointed ends of the wires and probes deeply rooted into Marius' arm. The Techno Organic virus that made up the various bonding components of the glove. The probes dug deeper into Marius' arm as they began to fuse and bond the nerve endings. The feeling would be something akin the having each nerve ending individually prodded with a searing poker.

Hellister held Larghetto tightly as they approached Wade's house. He stopped a ways off yet and sniffed the air.

"Do you smell that Larghetto?" Hellister turned to look at Larghetto. "The wind coming from Wade's house has the scent of blood, fear, and something else, something like metal and lightning."

Hellister frowned looking at Larghetto. "This is not going to work with the appearance you have now. You are most ugly, no offense. If I tied you to a tree nearby no doubt Wade would just take you inside and torture you or something worse. Let us get nearer," Hellister taking Larghetto closer to the house.

Hellister did not like the outside of the house. There was no cover for him and Larghetto.

Hellister moved away from the home until he was in a pasture of grazing cows. "This is good Larghetto, this is just what we need."

"Smell the air again, when we are far from that nasty house I can pick up the fragrance of fetid flesh, ahh the aroma, it is coming from the cow pond."

Hellister walked to the pond pullng Larghetto with him. "See there Larghetto," hellister said pointing. "There is a dead cow."

Hellister walked over to the cow. It was already bloating. He took out a slim knife and cut a hole in the abdomen.

"Boy it is lucky we are small boy." Hellister said. "Hellister stuck his hand in the dead cow and started pulling out entrails and fat. Soon his entire body disappeared in the dead cow.

Hellister's hand popped back out of the cow's incision. It was holding leg bones as Hellister worked somehow removing the cow's leg bones internally and then disposing of them through the hole cut in the abdomen.

From inside the cow once could hear Hellister chanting.

"Bovine flesh bind to mine, wrap tight like a second skin, and then again when Larghetto crawls in."

The top half of the cow stood up. The cows mouth opened and Hellisters hand popped out of it. Then a voice came out of the cow's mouth.

"Get in the back half now Larghetto. Step in to where I removed the back leg bones. Then I will say a spell and the skin will bind to yours like glue. If you need to see anything simply turn around and use the hindside orifice as a window, BUT, DON'T OPEN it TOO WIDE OR WADE WILL SEE YOU LOOKING OUT!"

Marius screamed as he felt the searing pain rise up his arm. He almost felt as if the metal was burning him as the virus began to bind with his nerves. Marius grabbed the side of the table with his other hand in some vain hope it would distract him from the pain.

"Hurry Larghetto, crawl inside the cow," Hellister said to Larghetto again.

"Hellister, no offense, but this seems like a terrible idea," Largetto said. Not only did it seem morally incorrect to disrespect the cow's body, but it didn't seem to have a point.
"Why would we be spying on him? I thought you wanted to capture him, not spy on him. How about you stay in that poor animal's body and do the job, and let me know what you find out?"
Ordinarily, Larghetto would not engage in such unlawful work, but perhaps he still felt morally obligated towards Hellister, even after the man had made it clear that he wasn't intent on forgiving him.

Wade moved to his favorite sitting chair and straightened his hair, breathing deeply.

"When you're over the pain, we need to move on to our next step. I have what I need for Albert, but he has an friend I did not expect. This friend has friends and these friends I need taken care of. That's where you come in. And as you have all proven to be mostly useless, I have something for you all when you're ready."

Wade rest a hand near his gut and the other still on his neck. Patiently waiting for Marius to get over the pain.
