"Cactus?" Lavender blinked. "Um, we don't normally keep cacti in the house, but there are a lot of wild ones growing out in the yard if you want to take one of those. You would have to dig it up yourself, though, which may be painful."

“So…you have crepes. As in, one you made. With sugar? ‘Cause, I could really use some sugar right now. See, I’m trying to change jobs, and sugar might help with my next one. I could use all you got actually.” Wade, for once, sounded serious.

"Yes, we actually do have some sugar," Lavender replied. She thought for a moment that this man might be sobering up. Hesitantly, she walked into the house and came back with a small burlap sack.
"How much did you want, sir?"

Wade thinks for a moment before reaching into his pocket and pulling out wad of bills from various countries. He fiddles with it before pulling out a hundred dollar bill and passing it to her, “However much this can get me.” In all honesty, he didn’t remember how much a U.S. dollar was anymore, and hand no real need for such knowledge.

"What? Seriously?" Lavender exclaimed. Sober? Ha!
"Uh, sir, I don't think we have that much sugar. You can take this bag, though, free of charge if you so desire. It was worth a fraction of what you're offering. A very small fraction."

“Yes, yes, sugar, I desire sugar!” Wade says, growing even more excited. He reaches out his hands franticly trying to grab at the sugar. “I need it! Sugar!” sounding more and more obsessive over it.

Lavender calmly handed the sugar to Wade, tilting her head in a concerned manner.
The effects of alchohol seemed to turn to manic insanity within a few minutes.
"Are you certain that you are well, sir?"

“You need to understand. Ketone. That is the key to the true power of sugar. If you want, I could explain more, however, that would be if you want a lecture. And quite honestly, I’m not prepared for such a thing.” Wade said, stressing some words and not caring about others.

"Eh, well, I'm not really up for a lecture tonight, either," Lavender admitted with a shrug. "Not to disrespect you at all or anything. I would like to know, however, what you plan to do with the sugar. Would that be a lecture as well?"

Wade gave the most sinister grin he has ever given before letting out a single fiendish word, “Magic” the words rolled off his lips before he snapped his fingers with the hand not holding his sugar, and pointing upwards he drifted away with a swift kick to the ground.

Of course, there was nothing magic about this, he used his flip-belt to alter the gravity around him, making him light enough to give the appearance of flight, and hoped nothing would step into his sphere of altered gravity as he drifted off.

"Eh?" Lavender watched him float away with confusion.
"Uh, have a... safe flight, sir!"
She shook her head and quickly returned to her sick bed.

The mail carrier was heaving around an especially heavy sack. It was filled with several books of the same title.

The book read,

"Go Be Somebody. How to get out be-Tween a rock and a hard place."

It was Ghoby Tween's new self help book published by Penguin books Now, thanks to the hospitality of Gohby Tween, it is yours.

Gohby sent off several copies of his new book free to special people. Inside was a message scrawled in Ghoby's writing.

"Dear special friend,

This book can help you get on the right path. I will soon be renting an auditorium space for my free book signing and seminar. Please mail me a letter if you will be in attendance. Free food will be provided! Please forward that letter to Isril's masnion, where I will now be residing."

Also inside the book was a one dollar bill. Gohby had become rich by selling his book in the other county.

Wade returns some time later and begins knocking. This time however, his knock is to the tune of Happy Days (not that anybody would have heard of that yet however). He has a number of scraps of paper in his hand and seems somewhat anxious about whatever it is he needs.

This time, it was the father who answered the door.
He found a book there that looked as if it had been lying there for weeks and he kicked it aside.
"Yes?" said Wolf through his German accent, looking at the man. He recognized Wade immediately as the man from the masquerade who had said some rude things and then had run off with Francesca.
"What do you want? Have you come to marry my daughter?"

"Yes. No. wait. Will you pay for the wedding? Wait, stop trying to change the subject fancy Pants." Wade quickly showed the hand written notes he was carrying to the man. They read as follows, 'Let these guys come into my show cause I say so. -Wade Wilson', there are enough for the whole family. He anxiously awaited his responce.
