"I hate business meetings dont you" Marius said looking at the fancy ceilings. Marius was sure that Klay had already figured out he was lieing. If he diddnt he was dumber then Marius ever suspected. Perhaps the best plan would be to use him as a puppet. That way if anyone is after the mayor. They'll kill a useless pawn. Then Marius would simply take over easy as cake. Chocolate cake is so delicious yum. I wish I had some cake. Marius wondered if Delia had cake. If this was the case Marius might not have to kill her.

Kappa had heard the glass break an hour earlier, unconcerned she continued flipping through the pages of Delia's journal. Not until she heard the second voice did she decide her service might be in need.

Down the steps she went, quiet enough was she to peer through the swinging door at the company who had invited themselves in. She shook her tiny head in disgust and pranced in without warning.

"Tea for two? Shall I get the tea cosey? Sit, sit and don't look through her things all nosey. Tis impolite, as she would agree, quite, since I never did give you an invite."

She snapped her fingers and blew the friction into the fireplace to ignite flames within it before she scuttled back out and into the kitchen singing about pesty guesties and deeds that kill.

Marius smirked a bit. Maybe he should stay in Delia's house. Until this whole jail thing rolls over. Then he can come back Mr. Edwards and he'll make some bs story. Strange though how could he still be here. He should be dead. Strange things maybe Marius will remember in the morning.

"Pretty sweet deal eh?" Marius said looking at Aegis and laughing.

(Aegis laughed, but only slightly. Not used to the "sweet life", he didn't much like fancy treatment, but accepted anyway by nodding at the servant.)

"I suppose..."

"So how do you know Delia" Marius asked tapping his fingers against the wall behind him. Impatiently waiting for Delia's arrival.

"Well...I've actually been a resident of Clauden for a long time now...I just had a bad run in is all."

(Aegis shuddered in terror at the memory. He quickly shook it off.)

"I just met her during my stay, and we talked a bit. I learned that she lived here...and figured I'd stop in and ask her about a few things that are bothering me."

Kappa peered through a tiny hole in the wall at the two visitors while she munched on stale bread. The crumbs fell about the floor as she skipped back to the kitchen and set saucers and tea cups on a silver tray. The water began to boil over the pot's rim as she dipped a laddle into it and poured the hot water into a tea pot filling it rather high.

She mused with the idea of filling the sugar [insertunknownword] with salt before cursing herself and becoming disgusted with how lowly and pathetic her mischief had become. She loaded the tray with stale pastries and bit into one before flitting her fingers like a kite on a windy day and curing them back to as if they had just been baked.

Picking up the tray by it's handles she lugged it swayingly into the living room and nearly slammed into a wall as she carried it to the two men.

"Green, black, or white? Either is surely to excite." she grinned setting it on the coffee table.

(Aegis was startled at the imp's appearance. But nonetheless, he was hungry.)

"Er...green?"

Marius was about to reply to what Aegis had told him about Delia. When Kappa popped into the room offering tea. Something seemed odd about Kappa. She seemed very mischevious someone not to be trusted.

"I guess I'll have white tea please" Marius said calmly looking at the different colors of tea she had set up.

(Aegis was also sipping his tea calmly. He was quite intent, and the tea made him feel strangely warm all over, despite the chill night air.)

"Great stuff."

(Aegis said as he kept drinking.)

"Makes me feel all fuzzy."

Kappa winced as she gently handed Marius his saucer and cup, "Fuzzy? Perhaps you have wrongly swallowed a small kitten."

Marius picked up the tea cup. He looked at the reflection of himself in the tea. He lifted the cup up still gazing at the reflection. He swore he saw a huge piece of skin ripped off his forehead in the reflection. He took a sip of the tea. His stomach tumbled as he wasnt tasting normal tea.

"Where'd you get that tea ma'am?" Marius said calmly trying not to seem rude. Even though the tea tasted very pelucliar. Maybe it was poison Marius hoped it wasnt.

The tiny imp tilted her head in slight perplextion, "Kappa brought it from the cupboard, connoisseur. Smells of honey suckles and myrrh, Kappa will brew you another if you prefer."

She kneeled near the two men, "Mayhaps it would appeal more to the good sir if he were to give it a gentle stir."
