Belle looked to Elliot then to the floor. Sher listerned to what he had to say about the man. " Yeah you could say that!" She sighed and carried on talking. " Well Mr Jones, if that what he calls himself. Im really good friends with the Sheirffs son Travis, and Jones sent him down a hole, where there were big worms that lived there, god! Then he went all mad, and fell down he hole himself!" She looked to Elliot with teary eyes. " Travis could of died if i didnt interfer! But Travis is ok, his father came and saved us, now im looking after him" She then took a swig of the whiskey she had helped herself too. She looked over her shoulder and saw another person had come in. She sighed and waited for Elliot to say something, she should really go back to the house and see if Travis is ok.

Elliot raised his eyebrows. He wasn't sure if he understood Belle's story completely, but he made sure that this didn't show.
"Well, it's good that you both made it out all right. Those, uh, big worms can be a pain, I hear," he said with a smile.
"This Travis... you say he's the sheriff's son? Do you know anything about the sheriff's whereabouts at the moment? I would like to speak with him, eventually."

Francesca was passing by the Bell Tavern on her way to the marketplace in a new sun hat and dress when she heard people in the tavern. Curious, she stopped and went back to the door. She pushed it open and leaned against the doorframe.
"Did the sheriff re-open the tavern or something?" she asked no one in particular.

Belle looked to the floor and then to Elliot. She sighed and liserned to what he had to say about the Sheriff's whereabouts. " Emmm no i dont, im afraid.... Sometimes he hangs around the Prison" She smiled and took another swig of her drink. " Did you want someone to come with you to the Prisons?" She giggled a nervous giggle and waited to hear what he had to say.

Roland’s eyes wondered over the familiar voice of Fran. No doubt she also thought he was dead. He sipped on some water and smiled just slightly.
“Did he close it or something?” He asked Fran.
Roland was just noticing how bad he had to look; he was covered in dirt from head to toe. It was almost hard to tell it was him, but if you knew him you could still tell. Roland stood up his walking was a bit off balance but he seemed fine. He slowly made his way behind the bar and helped himself to some food, no one would say anything to a man who was thought to be dead, and still a deputy.

"Good day," Elliot said to Francesca before addressing Belle. He smiled.
"Yes, I would like that very much, especially considering that I have no idea where they are. May I have the pleasure of your company?"
The woman who left with his cane hadn't returned yet, but he could probably contact her easily. After all, she did say she was a deputy. If worse came to worse, he could just buy a new one.

Francesca turned pale at the sound of Roland's voice and she looked in his direction, wide-eyed.
"You-" she stammered. "But... you're supposed to be dead! I was at the funeral! It was a closed casket, I guess, but... what is this? Did you just walk out of your grave? You look like it. Is this some weird spell, or have you just tricked us all?"
She blinked rapidly and crossed her arms, not sure what to think. She took note of Elliot's greeting and nodded.
"Yeah, hi. Roland, what's going on?"

He returned to his seat and dug into the food eating like he hadn't ate in days, because in truth he hadn't. He looked up to Fran and smiled.

"I was kidnapped by witches they made a double of me, pretty much the short version of the story." He replied.

Francesca just stared at him. Roland was nonchalant about this, but to her it seemed like a pretty big deal.
She realized that she was still standing in the doorway, so she let it shut behind her and walked over.
"Um, do you realize that pretty much everyone thinks your dead? When did this even happen? How long have you been gone?"

Roland looked up from his food after taking a few bites. He had been gone for awhile.

"Just before Mr. Inksmiths ball." He replied.

He watched Fran closely, no doubt that people thought him to be dead. He could also see that she thought he wasn't acting the way he should, that he should be upset about what happened to him.

Francesca stared at the wall.
"Wow... that's... crazy," she said. She tried to think about all the times she had talked to him since then, and all along it was never really him. Surprisingly, that really didn't bother her so much.
"Well, this might sound stupid coming from me, but... I want you to know that I'm glad you're not dead."
She smiled awkwardly. Compliments weren't her strongest suit.

Roland looked up and smiled at Fran. At least someone was glad he was back, others were just utterly confused. He pushed away the empty plate.

"Well,,,Thanks!" he said with an happy smile. "So what have you been up to?" He asked.

"Me?" Francesca repeated absent-mindedly, obviously still in a little shock.
"Not a lot... singing, like always. This man named... Dwayne or Dwight or something pretended to be my fiance for awhile, and that was pretty weird. That was a long time ago, though. Not much else has happened. What have you been doing? Just trying to make it back here?"

Bear realized his approach at Belle was futile. Bear saved his ego by convincing himself she was married. He then looked around seeing Francesca. Next to some scrawny starved looked man. Bear smirked an easy strike. Bear moved forward next to Francesca.

"you dont want to be next to this man do you? how about you come with me outside he looks like a starved dog" Bear said as he attempted to put his arm around Francesca.
