The great Elliot Samson Laredo Byer walked into the bar, twirling his top hat on the end of his cane. He stopped as a very disgruntled looking Aiden walked by and wondered if he had just avoided a scene.
He elegantly tossed his hat onto the top of his head and scanned the crowd. Smiling, he walked over to Fleta and took a seat beside her.
"Hello, young lady," he said. "What's that you have there? Water? How very interesting."
In fact, Elliot didn't find this very interesting at all. He was just making conversation and planning out his next big scam.

Charles walked in and ran his finger tips over the brim of his hat. He needed to get away from the last town because he conned the Mayor, and well for some reason he didn't like that. He walked up to the bar and ordered a scotch then as he went to sip it he saw a fellow dressed quit nicley.
"Hello sir, are you perhaps from London?" he asked him politley knowing by the way he dressed the answer would more than likley be yes.

Fleta looked at the man that had just sat beside her and said nothing. She studied him, wondering what he would possibly want with her. "Hello..." she said slowly before playing with her fingers. She desided to ignore him and reached down into her bag and pulled out a map and spread it out before her, and wondered where to go next.

Charles saw that the woman next to him pulled out a map.
"Ah a traveller, may I ask your profession, I'm bloody curious. Most people that carry maps don't look,.. well like you." he said admiring her amazing facial features.

Elliot looked at the man who spoke to him, who happened to be another nicely dressed man. In fact, Elliot hadn't seen very many nicely dressed men in town.
"No, I am not, actually, but I'll take your assumption as a compliment. I've been to London once, and Oxford as well. Lovely towns," he said. He looked again at Fleta as Charles commented on her map.
"You have to be careful who you buy maps from these days. I have been mapping out the city recently myself. I ought to start a business."

"That I could get in on." he said and chuckled.
"This town is vast and so bloody confusing, I think I shall be you're first custumer if you ever do so."

"Would you? Really?" Elliot said. He cracked his knuckles absent-mindedly. "It is rather confusing, and in more ways than one. I have only lived here for a few months. Well, I suppose it is approaching a year, but I'm still confused. There seem to be a lot of... conspiracies about." He paused, staring thoughtfully into space, then continued,
"But the map business, maybe I'm on to something here..."

Charles sipped on his scotch and responded.
"Conspiracies are always about but this town has a bit more than others, and yes I really would, I wish to be successfull in this town." he said but by successfull he meant to be a part of a big scam. He had ideas but none had come full circle. By the mans body language he knew a thing or two about conning himsef

The sounds of rusty spers going across the wooden planks suddenly occured. The dusty man walked into the Tavern, face covered by a gas mask. "Hmpf" Dust exhaled out of his mask. He walked a few more steps. He walked towards the Bar tender he pointed a finger upwards towards a water keg. This suggested that he wanted a thing of water. the tender then agreeded in notice of the firearms by his sides. He took a seat on the stool and waited.

Sicilia shuffled in after the gas-masked man. She was so confused about his appearance but shrugged it off. She had been travelling with her sister for a long while now and had only recently made it back. As she scanned Bell Tavern she noticed only one familiar face. It was Mr. Elliot whom, she was sure, probably forgot her by now.

She wondered wistfully where Larghetto might be, but decided not to be so snoopy. He's probably been busy after all. She took a sigh and sat down at the bar a little aways from Mr. Eilliot's group.

"Hmm, yes, perhaps we shall go into business together," Elliot said, wondering if this man had picked up on his shadiness. That worried him a little. What if he was a deputy in disguise? Elliot decided that as long as he made general statements he was okay. He lost interest in the young woman who was preoccupied in her map and his eyes drifted to the stranger who sat at the bar.
He mumbled, "Ruffian..." and then, upon seeing Sicilia, called out, "Ah, Miss Perrine! What a lovely surprise!"

Charles saw that Elliot looked away and realized he needed a room for his 'Hopefully' long stay in Clauden. So as the bartender poured him another scotch Charles easily picked his pocket for a room key and dropped it in his own pocket.
Ah the life of a con was simple and easy he thought to himself as he eyed the man and woman that walked in almost simultaniously.

(ahh sorry, I've been busy this week XP) Fleta shuffled under the gazes and nodded. "I travel trading furs" she said, pointing to the fur vest on the ground with her foot. She rolled her map back and put in her bag. "I need a place to stop and atchually start selling again.."she said quietly.

"Ah Dr. Byer, you do remember me, though we only talked briefly at the river. How have you been?" she asked smiling at him.

She heard the new girl say something about selling furs to him, and she looked down at the vest on the ground. "Real fur?" she muttered.

Phelim entered the bar. He was drenched in sweat from the heat of the desert. The west was indeed a shock to someone who had lived in the North most of his life. Phelim spotted the bar and approached it taking a seat next to Charles Watson and Elliot Byrer. He glanced over at the two. They both seemed like upper class pigs something that he did no really approve of. He watched Mr. Watson grab the key from the bartender and place it in his pocket. Phelim smirked a bit he looked over at the bartender.

"Sir, I would like to get some whiskey" Phelim said to the Bartender. He turn around and looked around. This town had quite the characters there was a large man laying on th floor. A man with a gas mask on his neck. Those rich people sitting next to him. Along with a fine young lady in the room. This was indeed Phelim's kind of city.
