"Splendid, that just leaves you Mr. Byer. I can assure you, and the rest of you as well that this will work. As you can see." he said pointing at his nice clothes and golden watch.
"I'm not new to things like this, I am expierenced so I can assure you that the law won't be much of a problem, and if they are I have my ways for them to overlook things." he said taking another sip. Everyone was so different but he could tell they all wanted the same thing.
"Now to the important part. Ideas, what could we do. I have a couple little plans but I want to know what you have in mind first. Ah Mr, Bear would you like to go first?" he asked because he kept staring at Elliot. It would give him time to breath while they focused on me.

Marius slowly opened the tavern door. Marius looked like he had been through hell and back. His face was covered in dirt, his hair was no longer clean slicked back it was dirty and messy and not to mention the blood coming from his wound. He stared at Charles and all the others for a few seconds. He almost felt like he should be back there in that mine. His brother would have been back there. Then again Marius wasnt dead like his brother.

"There's....a monster...in the...mine" Marius said in an oddly calmly voice. Marius had to atleast try to save a few people in that damn mine. Marius leaned forward falling onto the tavern floor. Marius wasnt dead at the moment just unconcious from blood loss.

"I see.." said Charles as he looked at the man on the floor.
He waved his hand to the waitress and poured water on Marius.
"Now what are you babbling about?" he said hoping the man was awake to hear him talk.

"Should we help him?" Bear said to his brother quickly. Bear recognized the man from the vigiliantes meetings. Perhaps they should let him die. That would take one problem off their hands.

"Dont worry remember we have a doctor" Treize said still sitting in his chair looking at Elliot. Treize gave Elliot another one of his sarcastic smiles. Atleast now Treize could tell whether Elliot was actually a doctor. Who knows maybe Elliot had infiltrated the militia like him and his brother. However Treize knew this wasn't very likely damn pigs.

Elliot winced at Marius' voice. For a few moments, he thought he might only be there to conspire with the other members of the vigilantes, but it was soon apparent that he was seriously injured. More bad luck. But Elliot had been forced in the past to deal with similar situations, and was not completely uneasy.
He rose from his seat, then calmly walked to Marius and kneeled besides his unconcious body.
"He's lost a lot of blood," Elliot said. He could come to this conclusion from the man's bleeding wounds and from the fact that he must have walked from the mine. "He will need to be stitched up in the hospital. I didn't bring my medicine case along today. Do any of you folks happen to have some cloth or material to bind the wound and cut off the bleeding so we can safely transport him?"

Charles pulled out two hankerchiefs from his jacket pocket and tied them together at the ends then handed them to Elliot.
"Will this do." he was interested in Elliots ability. It was simple tie the cloth around his would then pull tight to put pressure and stop the bleedeing., but did Mr. Byer know this?
He thought to himself

Yogi the bear appeared in the middle of the tavern in a flash of light. His eyes were dilated from the trip and his head was feeling a tad whoozy. He glanced around at the 18th century tavern.

"I am smarter then the average Bear and I think I'm in the wrong century Boo Boo" Yogi said in shock. He looked around for his loveable companion. Boo Boo was nowhere to be found. Yogi walked towards Elliot a puzzled look on his face.

"Hey are you the Ranger? where am I and wheres my friend Boo Boo" Yogi said his voice trembling in fear.

Sakura rubbed her eyes and gaped at the flash of light and the appearance of a talking bear. Now she had surely seen everything. "I don't think I need anymore to drink, barkeep," she muttered pushing her first and only glass away. What was in the alcohol these days?

"Yo, bear, he isn't a ranger, he's a doctor," she said, "And he's trying to help a dying patient."

"Yes, thank you, sir!" Elliot said to Charles. He heard someone talking to him but wasn't paying enough attention to know what he said or notice that he happened to be a bear. He tied the handkerchief tightly around the wound, careful not to get any blood on himself as he worked. It stained, and, in truth, it grossed him out.
"This will cut off bleeding and give this man a far better chance. Mister Watson, would you please assist me in carrying him to the hospital?"
This would also allow Elliot a chance to talk to Charles without spies.

"Well I gotta find Boo Boo ranger" Yogi said to Elliot. Yogi looked around and then glanced at the tavern.

"I'm smarter then the average bear and I know Boo Boo aint here" Yogi said walking out the tavern door. Yogi then walked out into the desert in some hope that Boo Boo would be found.

Treize was deep in thought while the others were distracted by Yogi and Marius. He was stuck on thinking about Charles insane plot. Along with whether Elliot was truly undercover or not. He heard Elliot talk about treatment for Marius. However Treize kept focused looking at the wall. It seemed that Elliot had some knowledge of what he was talking about. Maybe he wasnt lieing and his story did check out. That's when Treize heard something about a talking bear. Which kept Treize staring at the wall thinking even longer.

"What can I do to help" Bear said looking at Elliot. Bear walked over staring down at Elliot and Marius. Marius had been wounded badly. That's when the flash of light appeared and Yogi appeared. Bear decided it would be best to ignore the talking bear that had just left the tavern. He sure his brother Treize would explain that he just had a minor case of Schizophrenia.

"Sure thing" Charles said to Elliot.
He flew one of Marius's shoulder on his back and helped Elliot carry him out.
"Uhm Mr. Byer do you have transportation?" he said with a puzzled look on his face.

"Transportation?" Elliot said, also carrying Marius. He thought about this.
"Good point, dear sir. Carrying him the entire way is far from efficient."
He looked back inside the tavern at Bear, who had asked to help.
"You, sir, are you quick on your feet? I don't suppose you could run into town real fast and bring back a stagecoach, or at least a horse?"
He looked back at Charles.
"If he concurs, while he is about on that task, perhaps we could at least begin on our way to the hospital, so the journey will not be as long."

"Very true. We could also discuss this job I was metioning without the others breathing down our necks. I could tell you weren't comfortable talking with everyone around."
He finished talking then fiddled with his coat, blood was getting on his shoulder from Marius's wounds.
"Bloody hell, this is new." he said and smirked.
