"Hurry back," Elliot called after the Romanas. He sighed, noticing the blood was also seeping into his own clothes, despite his precautions.
"Yes, this could turn out to be quite the predicament... oh well." Elliot only had so many fancy outfits. He craned his neck to make sure the others were out of sight. "I hope they are quick. This man is in bad shape. Here's the deal though, Mr. Watson." He lowered his voice. "Awhile ago, there was a get-together to form a team of vigilantes. There was a coded message on the town message board that I figured out. Naturally, I attended, in order to see who these law enforcers would be. Such things are important to know, you see. Well, those two..." Elliot motioned in the direction that Treize and Bear had gone. "Happened to be at that meeting. I even recall them saying that they would be joining the group. I thought you should know."

"So, you're implying that those two are just here to expose us?"
Charles replied then thought back. He had met Bear once in the bar. The memory was fuzzy but he did recall him saying he was in some sort of law enforcment.
"Indeed he is, now Mr. Byer since you pointed it out that these to are undercover, what do you suppose we do with them?"

"I am not sure, at the moment," Elliot said. He squinted. "Perhaps we should just play along for a while. Or maybe that is not a good idea. What if they have already gone to foil the plan? I never should have sent them..."
He sighed and looked up at the sky.
"You don't think they went back to their group, do you?"

Charles layed a finger on his chin as he thought then spoke.
"No, let them come with us. If they do turn us in, then I will use my 'Plan B', which I have yet to think of. So for now we play it out, and get this bloody body to a doctor."

Since someone finally posted, Rodrigo and the others finally met up with Elliot and Charles, carrying the injured Marius.
"This must be the injured man," Rodrigo said, stoic and unmoved. "Good day to you, sirs. Your men have returned with a doctor and a mule."

Carlos walked into the bar. He was ragged and stunk, and he most importantly was very thirsty.

Carlos walked to the bar and ordered a drink. The bartender walked slowly and angered the Rooster.

"Rapido!" Carlos said kicking the bar hard, "Do you not see that I am thirsty gringo!"

Carlos looked around hoping to catch sight of EVa or Marius or even Trieze.

Rodrigo became disenchanted with the mute group and the injured Marius, and so he silently walked into the tavern. There didn't seem to be too many people aside from the untidy man who had just walked in. He was probably an alcoholic. Rodrigo had seen that type before.
Rodrigo walked to the bar and ordered gin.

Carlos turned to see who was drinking near hime and saw a man drinking gin.

"Have you seen a woman by the name of Eva?" Carlos asked not noticing that Marius was in the tavern. "I entered the mines with a woman by the name of Eva who I am quite certain is dead. " Carlos was not in his right mind and was rambling.

"Or captain Marius,? I doubt the beast in there let either out alive."

"I have not, hermano," Rodrigo said calmly. He removed his derby hat and placed it on the bar, running a hand across the top of his head. "Not that I know of, anyhow. Trouble in the mines, eh? There is an injured man outside that is getting assistance. He seems to be in pretty bad shape. Perhaps he was involved in this incident you speak of."

The good doctor rushed quickly to Marius placing his briefcase right next to him. He reached his hand and placed it on the wound. Dr. Seward quickly untied the hankerchiefs. Dr. Seward then quickly pulled out a vodka bottle and poured it onto the wound. He smiled as he looked down on the wounded Marius. Dr. Seward then pulled out a canteen of water and washed the wound off again. That's when the doctor pulled out the thread and needle. He stuck the needle into one side of Marius wound. Then he stiched it up in less then thirty seconds.

"A lesson to any would be doctors always wash out the wounds" Dr. Seward said a smile formed on his face as he turned his head around to see Charles.

Carlos thanked Rodrigo for the information and went outside to see the injured man. Sure enough, it was Marius.

"Where did you go to in thee mines when Eva was dying," Carlos said to Marius before even saying hi.

"Did you run on us captain?"

"Hmm, good sir, is that all that this man needs?" Elliot said thoughtfully, careful to retain any ethos despite his discomfort at the arrival of the doctor. "He seemed quite scattered when he stumbled in. I believe we still need to take him to be looked at in Rose Hospital. He has lost a lot of blood." He glanced at Carlos.
"Please keep back, sir. This man is gravely injured."

Rodrigo finished his gin while silently listening to the conversation outside. A death in the mines. He would have to look into this later. Presently, he smiled to himself upon hearing the conversation between the two "doctors". There were so many impersonators these days, one was surely hawking snake oil.
Rodrigo replaced his hat and headed out of the door.
"Good day to you, gentleman," he said to them with an air of confidence, smiling and tipping the brim of his hat. Then he walked away from the scene.

Carlos had not time for Marius if he would not speak to him. The doctor had asked him to step away from Marius and he had did not feel like arguing with him.

"The Rooster does as the Rooster chooses gringo," Carlos said to the doctor.

Carlos took off after Rodrigo as he walked with an air of authority.

"You diddnt wash the wound what kind of doctor are you?" Treize asked a confident smile formed on his face. Which Treize quickly turned into a look of shock. Treize noticed Elliot's error earlier. Now he had the suspected faker right where he wanted him.

Bear meanwhile was watching the others leave the tavern. Bear couldnt help but feel uneasy about the way Rodrigo entered and left. He couldnt put his finger on it. However he was sure his brother had noticed this aswell.
