Marius walked through the graveyard. He finnally found what he was looking for. In one hand he held a rose. He never paid his respect to many people. Only 2 people did he pay respects to.

Marius looked at Elaina's slowly decomposing body. He saw the bullet hole in her. It made him angry to see it. He saw that face. Now covered with dirt. He couldnt look. He dropped the rose in. "I miss you" Marius said. He looked around and picked up a shovel. He began to cover Elaina's body. He was going to finish her funeral. Where his brother left off. "I will kill him"

Elaina had been mulling around. She really didn't want to say anything to him. At this point, Elaina didn't care what happened to her body, because it wouldn't help her anyways. Her eyes shot down to her body. The dirt was beginning to cover her when Marius shoveled it. Elaina watched sadly. It was the first time that she had felt any remorse for making someone's life hell.

Marius stood their. He diddnt cry he wouldnt cry. Marius had been taught to be distant. For so long it had been forced into his brain. That this rush of emotions came out. He diddnt cry though. He felt angry. He felt sad. It was all the emotions he had kept locked away.

He looked to the left. He saw Elaina their. Marius knew that she was gone. He knew that she couldnt be here. He diddnt even believe that she was their the last time. It was his mind playing tricks. "Elaina?" He asked.

Elaina smiled a sad smile, "Hey." She said finally. Of course she should have known Marius could see her there, but still... it felt strange. That is... if ghost could feel anything like that.

"what does dieing feel like" Marius asked. His voice changed to a more sadder one. "for the last few days losing you has made me realize even more then I am a mortal and that is constantly pounding at my brain that one day for one reason or another I will lose my physically form"

Elaina shrugged, "Well... the pain only lasts until the deaet is complete... but then... there's nothing. I can feel nothing... touch nothing, in essence I am nothing right now. I'm here... kept by you and your brother's inability to let go." She said as she looked to the ground. "I wish I could say that I love you... but I don't feel it... because I can not feel emotions." she paused as she looked up at him, "All I know is why I am here. What I need to do. I don't like it. I want to be alive..."

Elaina shook her head, "Dieing is not all that it is made out to be."

Marius looked at Elaina. "we all die but why must death be so cruel to make two brother want to kill eachother" Marius shook his head sadly. "I dont know if I can kill him" Marius said. Their were alot of things that Marius kept on the inside this was one of them.

Elaina tilted her head as she walked closer to Marius, "Then DON'T kill him." She said softly. "You don't have to kill him. Hell, if you do kill him then that only puts him closer to me than you." Elaina looked down then back up to Marius, "I... I loved him, Marius. Well, before I met you. But I love you too, probably more so than Nigel." she admitted sadly. "I'm sorry things had to end so quickly before I could tell you that. I waanted to, but Marius, you were so caught up in all of that damn business about the mayor and sheriff, that you didn't give me time."

Elaina crossed her ghostly arms, "That was why I went to Nigel and asked him to kill me... because I thought you didn't care." she admitted, "but Nigel... Nigel couldn't do it... but Andy that bitch... she came and killed me. Wish I could haunt the bloody hell out of her." she muttered. "The point is...I loved you, and who the hell am I kidding? I still do even though I'm dead."

With a sigh Elaina looked into his eyes with her ghost-like ones, "You don't have to kill him."

Marius diddnt look at Elaina. He looked at the grave. "I was caught in my business because I couldnt show that I cared for you I was afraid you would be killed" Marius admitted. He diddnt like being emotional at all. "Nigel wouldnt kill you he couldnt kill me but....Andy I am sorry I got caught up in the game"

"I am imperfect and I know that one of us will die" Marius said. Looking up to the sky. "We've caused eachother too much pain for one of us to live"

"I am imperfect and I know that one of us will die. We've caused eachother too much pain for one of us to live"

Elaina sighed softly, "If you feel that way... then there is nothing that I can do to stop it." She looked to the sky then back at Marius, "I am going to try and come back to life. It's a long shot, and I don't know if I can... but who said I couldn't be the first?" she said sadly.

She wanted to be with him physically, not just in the form of a spirit that popped up every now and then. "Then.. then you and I can... well... you know..." she paused, "We can... be...together." Elaina smiled before she disappeared into thin air, leaving only a voice. "I'll be back soon. DO NOT DIE. I love you."

Marius smirked. He diddnt say I love you. He never showed it. He paced back in forth in the graveyard thinking of how this could effect him. Marius then thought of something. She loves Nigel too. Marius realized that if she had a body. She could be more then a voice in his head.Marius sat down on the tombstone deep in thought. He played back the whole scene in his head over and over again. Thinking of sign that would foreshadow her betrayal of him.

Wade walked up to the tombstone, shovel in hands, seemingly oblivious to the fact somebody was sitting on it, and looked to see whose it was. He smiled and nodded, mumbling something to himself. When he looked into the grave itself he finally realized that the body was not fully buried, and he gained much relief at the fact he wouldn’t have to work hard. He jumped down and began to toss out what dirt he had to remove to take out the body.
