No Time Like Go Time

Wade stood in the desert, the cool morning breeze still present. Tapping his foot impatiently, he crossed his arms and turned his gaze upwards. he broke his gaze only to stared a where his watch would be, however it was fairly evident he did not have one, quickly returning it upwards.
He had his briefcase set on the ground, closed securely even though it seemed to be nearly over flowing with its contents. He mumbled to himself in an indistinct language, closing his eyes, almost as if in prayer.
After many nights of waiting however, Wade loses his patience. He takes out a piece of paper from his pocket and writes a message on it before tacking it onto the briefcase.
"Test your own self, tubby.
He then leaves rather quickly, utilizing his flip belt.
